Tarsier made a huge impact at celebrASIA at Battersea Power Station in London, on the first weekend of September.
"Every Southeast Asian producer looks forward to celebrASIA. It has become an annual gathering of our community and those who want to experience our culture through food, drink and music," said Sherwin Acebuche, Co-Founder of Tarsier Southeast Asian Spirit. "This year we were back to serve up delicious Tarsier cocktails, sell bottles in the artisan market and provide welcome drinks at the Feasting Table."
The bar was busy all weekend, with our Pinoy Colada - made with Tarsier Calamansi Citrus Gin, Pineapple, Coconut and Ube - being so popular that we ran out on Sunday!
Spicy Thai Poloma - made with Tarsier Chilli and Lemongrass Gin - and Lychee & Raspberry Spritz - made with Tarsier Lychee & Raspberry Pink Gin - were also firm favourites with the crowd.
The event was a huge success, selling thousands of drinks and hundreds of bottles for people to enjoy at home. Tarsier gained many new fans over the weekend, with our cocktails pairing perfectly with the wide variety of Southeast Asian food on offer from the street food vendors at the event.
