Shipping policy

We want you to be enjoying your Tarsier spirits as soon as possible, so we always do our best to ensure you receive your order promptly.

We aim to dispatch all orders by the end of the next working day, but often sooner.

We are only a small team who love to go on adventures so at certain times of the year we close the distillery and it's not possible to dispatch orders until we return. Any closures will be posted in the announcement bar at the top of the website, with a dispatch date for any orders placed whilst we are away.

MAINLAND UK

STANDARD DELIVERY: Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and delivered within 3 - 5 working days

EXPRESS DELIVERY: Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and delivered within 1 - 2 working days

 OVERSEAS

Unfortunately we are not currently able to ship overseas, however we have partners in many countries around the world so please try searching the web within your country to find local stockists that can deliver to you.

FREE SHIPPING

Free standard delivery is automatically applied on all orders of £30 or more. Choose express shipping for a small fee at cart or checkout. 

For orders under £30, a small shipping fee is added to your order.
