Developed in collaboration with Ken Hom CBE, this gin is a celebration of the classic Chinese flavours of 5 spice; layering orange peel and warming notes of sichuan pepper, star anise, cassia and ginger over a classic juniper base.

A refreshingly aromatic gin with a restrained hint of sweetness; oolong tea, kumquat, hibiscus and ginseng.
NB: Taipei Old Tom Gin will be replaced by Oolong Tea Old Tom Gin in late 2025 with a new recipe in our new bottle.
